FEBRUARY 17 -- Hello everybody, and thank you for all the kind wishes and positive energy you've been sending my way. Now I'll set you straight on the facts. I had surgery on my knee in late January to fix some problems. I had been wrestling with a torn acl for quite some time, and my meniscus was torn also. A few weeks ago in Chicago, my torn meniscus tissue folded into my knee, prohibiting me from extending or completely bending it. Therefore, I needed surgery. My acl was replaced with a tendon grafted off of my patella and my meniscus tear was actually sewn back together. A lot of work was done in there, and I will be off the road for a minute. I'm on the mend so don't send no worries!
I want to thank everyone for grabbing a copy of my DVD. Everyone that I've talked to agrees, it kicks much ass! I had no idea what an Easter Egg is, but you hardcore fans already probably know there's a few hidden bonus scenes. What is this? A game? I'll have to try it.
Looking forward to the WonderCon in San Francisco this weekend. If you don't make it there, you can catch me at Wizard World in March.
I'll also be sharing some RVD perspective with the students at Dory Funk's dojo March 27th.
Anybody hear if I boosted Scrub's ratings last time?
I probably should avoid stating how funny my Iraq T shirt was, so I'm not going to mention it.
