To add on the story from yesterday regarding the future of WWE RAW on TSN, TSN President Phil King spoke with Slam! Wrestling about the possibility of the network dropping WWE RAW in favor of Monday Night Football in 2006. "It's far too early to comment or determine the impact this will have on TSN's broadcast schedule. It's a year-and-a-half down the road - Monday Night Football on ESPN doesn't begin until September 2006," said King. "We're evaluating all our options and will create the best schedule possible for our viewers."
- To add on the announcement of Steve Austin working the 6/18 SmackDown brand House Show in Dublin, Ireland, Austin signed a deal to do special guest referee spots on the entire SmackDown tour of Europe in June that also includes dates in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Manchester as well.
- Regarding reports making the rounds on some other wrestling websites concerning what Chris Jericho will be doing once his contract with WWE expires later this year, he has all intentions at this point in re-signing with the company. Although he has stated that his character has become somewhat stale on more than one occassion and would like to see a change, he still wants to balance his wrestling career along with his sing careering with Fozzy.

They see it as bringing "reality TV" into the mix with pro wrestling. Their hopes are to find another woman who can eventually not only do a Playboy shoot, but also become a good wrestler.
- Shawn Michaels will be having a chat on WWE.com next Friday at 1PM ET.
- Steve Austin will appear on an episode of MTV's "Punk'd" this weekend.
The 4/21 edition of WWE SmackDown drew a final 3.3 broadcast rating. As noted yesterday, this rating took UPN to a fourth place finish overall for Thursday night among the networks.
- The Rock has signed on to shoot another movie this year called "Southland Tales" with Seann William Scott and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The movie, written by Richard Kelly, is a sci-fi set in 2008 Los Angeles as it stands on the brink of social, economic and environmental disaster. Rock plays a character called Boxer Santaros, an action star stricken with amnesia whose life intertwines with Krysta Now (Gellar), an adult film star developing her own reality television project, and David Clark (Scott), a Hermosa Beach police officer who holds the key to a conspiracy. Principal photography is slated to begin on 7/1 in Los Angeles, CA.
WWE.com is promoting that Velocity will have highlights from the Wrestlemania 21 Battle Royal.
