The World Wrestling Council (WWC) announced that on May 20th they are having a special event called Friday Madness and the main event is a grudge match between Rowdy Roddy Piper vs. Puerto Rico's own Carlito Caribbean Cool following the WrestleMania 21 Piper's Pit. Another rumored match is a legend showdown between Dory Funk Jr and Carlos Colon. Also confirmed is Rico Suave vs. Bronco #1 in a Revenge Match after Rico Suave took the leadership of the heel's group leaving Bronco on his own.
In today’s edition of the Hartford Courant features an article on Kurt Angle. "I'm the best pure wrestler in there, with the best matches," quoted by Angle. Kurt Angle said pro wrestling is in an upswing, following the WrestleMania buy rate after being down due to 9/11.
The WWE SmackDown par-per-view, Judgment Day will be available on Sky Box Office for £14.95 in the UK.
