In today’s Variety, they are reporting that WWE Films has acquired John Heffernan's script "A Chance for Both Barrels", and an action film about a mercenary's quest to bring a killer to justice. The film will be used as a starring vehicle for a WWE star to be announced. John Cena and Kane have already stared in WWE films in post-production and a Steve Austin film set for the future.
WWE.com already has put the Post Raw Footage of Kane leaving the arena after losing his match to Edge. It is available on the main page, however it isn't anything real special except for him taking Lita’s crutch and hitting it over the Steel Stairs.
The Miami Herald are reporting that Kurt Angle will be making a motivational appearance and autograph signing at The John Marshall High School Auditorium (1300 Wheeling Avenue) in Glen Dale, West Virginia next Thursday (May 26).
Trish Stratus is expected to remain Women's champion while out nursing a back injury. She's excepted to be out for around six weeks.
Stacy Keibler is excepted to remain a part of Hurricane and Rosey's team. WWE creative had been trying to come up with something for her for quite some time and this is what they've settled upon.
Many of you have probably noticed Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler taking numerous 'love triangle' shots at Edge over the past several weeks. For those wondering, Vince McMahon is one of the main guys behind the comments as he feeds the announcers lines throughout the show. Vince also goes by a "any publicity is good publicity" mindset thus the current pairing of Lita-Edge, based off a real life situation.
