WWE presented their Backlash Press Conference on wwe.com and I just watched it and John Cena was verbally slapped by the audience. Cena came out and the only people to cheer for them were loud women and children. The more sensible men booed the hell out of him. They even went as far as to chant "Triple H" when Cena came up to speak. Triple H made a comment to Cena "Hey the chubby broad still likes you and the guy from Broadback Mountain" referring to two audience members. The male fans told Cena to "Shut up" and to "sit down." Cena looked bothered by the fans reactions. Cena was interupted while speaking by the fans as the fans yelled "Boring" and "Cena sucks." The male fans were 100% behind Triple H. The highlight was when Triple H said he could dance better than Cena. Triple H then broke into a dance to the cheers of the crowd. So what are your thoughts?

My thoughts are no matter what happens, I'm a Cena fan, and that's how it's gonna be. John Cena is the most down to earth wrestler I have met so far, and he is a really good guy. I don't give a rats ass if people boo him, they can do what they want. But judging by the turnout of the autograph sessions he had in New York (I heard from someone there was 1000 ppl but I'm guessing that was exaggerated) and here in MA (there were at least 800 people there) on Saturday I'd say that he still has a pretty big following. Not to mention that there were people of many different ages. Oh yea, and by sensible I take it you mean people that have the same view as you. What are you trying to say about people who like him? Because let me tell you, there were just as many guys at the autograph signing as there were kids and women. So just because I don't despise Cena it means that I'm not sensible?

You can rag on me and call me a non-"SENSIBLE" fan, but I like John Cena. Say whatever the hell you want about him, but it's not gonna change a damn thing, and if you don't like what's going on in the WWE, then don't watch, no one's forcing you too! You take it way too seriously.
The other thing I would like to say is this: You say I'm not a "SENSIBLE" wrestling fan, I enjoy all types of wrestling, whether it be ROH, WWE, JAPW, PWG, NOAH, TNA or whatever, I enjoy all of it. So the next time you want to call someone something, make sure you know what you're talking about. I have been watching wrestling since I was about 4, and if you think for one second that I'm gonna become some trend following internet bad-ass who hates the good guys because it's the "cool" thing to do, you're completely wrong. I can cheer who I want, and if you don't like it, tough. I have the right to my own opinion, and you can't deal with the fact that someone else has a different opinion, then you need help. Now I'm not trying to offend you, but that's my opinion.

What a even yesterday. Rob Van Dam defeating John Cena at ECW ONS for the World Title. Pure excellence right there. Look bro, you say you like all wrestling. Hell you have been watching wrestling since you were 4 right? You have seen some of the greatest matches, and the greatest moments in wrestling history. So let me ask you this: If you know wrestling so much, why have you become a John Cena fan? He's bad on the mic, in the ring, and selling moves. So why?

To tell you the truth, I have no clue. I met him the first time back in August of '02 I think it was, and I realized how cool he was. He was a really nice, down to earth guy. He talked with all of us, took pictures, and signed stuff. I have been a fan of him ever since. He's not my favorite wrestler, but I do like him, I loved when he did his battle raps with guys like Angle, Spanky and Rikishi. And he just grew on me I guess. It might be that I met him, and that's why I enjoy watching him.
Take this for instance when I met Rocky Romero and Ricky Reyes (the Havana Pit bulls) an indy tag team. I walked over to them and asked for an autograph after a show, and they looked at me and said they only signed for kids, and that they didn't have any time for it now anyway. They proceeded to walk over the merchandise table and talk for a good 15 minutes to the guy behind the table about which DVDs they wrestled on. That really turned me off from them I guess. Now they're decent wrestlers and all, I just don't like them.....at all. They were just dicks.
So maybe it's the fact that I have met him, seen how he cares about his fans, and I can respect that.

Last night was awesome. Fans throwing back his shirt was great. I'm no Cena fan but he did put on a good match last night with Rob. No doubt he's not very good wrestling wise but he can play the crowd good and could be good on the mic if he would come up with new stuff.
