4/16 Results
1) VORDELL WALKER over KEVIN STEEN
2) RODERICK STRONG over EL GENERICO via submission
Pete Dougherty came out, did some mic work and was entertaining. He made mention of how much the Yankees suck!
This brought out Homicide and Julius Smokes, who were then negated by Bryan Danielson, adding more fuel to their lumberjack match tonight!
3) LACEY'S ANGELS of DERANGED and CHEECH over AZRIEAL and DIXIE
Don't know why Izzy was not in the match...
4) JAY LETHAL over SPANKY via submission to retain the ROH Pure Title
5) CM PUNK over "MEAN" MIKE KRUEL
Jimmy Rave came out with his arm in a sling, having fallen off of an elephant in Ghana.
After the match, Rave attacked Punk and hanged him with a chain.
He was saved by the faces and cut a promo saying that Rave would die and The Embassy would be the pallbearers.
6) SAMOA JOE over COLT CABANA in the Double Stakes Four Corner Survival via submission to earn a future Pure Title Shot.
Joe, Shelley, and Nigel all played "heelish" roles in the first fall.
7) ALEX SHELLEY over NIGEL MCGUINNESS in the Double Stakes Four Corner Survival to earn a World Title shot
8) AUSTIN ARIES fought JAMES GIBSON to a DOUBLE PIN - DRAW
Todd Sinclair declared the match a DRAW, but offered the opportunity for 5 more minutes.
Gibson agreed, but Aries was hesitant. Shelley then came and attacked Aries to end the match.
9) BRYAN DANIELSON over HOMICIDE via Cattle Mutilation in a Lumberjack Match to tie the Best of 5 series 2-2.
Spot of the night came in this match with a superplex from the top rope to the floor.
One of the lumberjacks ended up attacking Danielson during the match and revealing a Rottwielers shirt...so there may be a new Rottie.
Match #5 will be a Cage Match.

Sounds like it was a pretty good show, also, there was a small bit on ROH's site that they have parted ways with their Boston area promoter, so I'm not sure if this will change anything for the shows near me, but we'll just have to see how it plays out.
