The battery charge against Ron Niemi stemming from an altercation with Jonny "Fairplay" Dalton after a NWA TNA IMPACT Taping last June were finally dropped in court today in Orlando, FL. Niemi showed up along with his lawyer and 3 witnesses and when there was nobody there to testify against him the charges were dismissed. "I am glad this is finally over and I can move on with my life. I want to thank my attorney's John Holt and NWA Spinebuster's Jody Peterman for ending this so quickly once they were involved. Hopefully now that this is over I can return to NWA TNA and if not maybe next time I have charges pressed against me it could be from a celebrity big enough to get me some exposure in the process, Adrian Zmed comes to mind."
