I would put a few more coats of paint on Akio's pants and then seal it with a Gloss Sealer.

Kidman looks good, I like the tat.

On Hardcore I would hollow out the head a little more to make it fit down lower on his neck. It will be awesome then.

The Kenzo has a lot of potential to be a great figure. I think the head is going to look great when it is finished. As for the belt, I would sand it down quite a bit. It looks to thick and bulky. I would also take an exacto knife and add some texture to it. Like I said, It has a lot of potential. It could turn out to be your best figure yet.
